Kōloa Rum Company is a creator of quality Hawai‘ian rums, sustainably sourced and responsibly produced. Kōloa Rum Company was the first licensed commercial distillery on the island of Kaua'i, where the original batch of premium Hawai‘ian Rum was distilled and bottled in September 2009. Kōloa Rum Company uses the finest pure cane sugar and rainwater from Kaua'i's Mount Wai'ale'ale. All rums are distilled twice in a vintage 1,210-gallon copper-pot still, built by Liberty Coppersmiths in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1947 and refurbished for use at Kōloa Rum’s Kaua'i distillery.
