There is a Chilli Jam for everyone!
It all started with The Red One, I couldnt find a nice Chilli jam to go with my cheese board, so picked my Scotch Bonnet chillies and found a recipe and tweked it abit and here we are, then came the Mildest one, The Grean One enough said ....... Three years later !!
