SaltPig Curing Company are artisan charcuterie producers based in Chipping Norton, in the heart of the Cotswolds.
Our mission is to create the finest cured meats and salamis in the UK. At the heart of our business is a whole-animal-butchery approach. Our products' exceptional flavour, quality and sustainability is down to us sourcing mature, rare breed pigs from local British farms, using traditional European techniques and carefully sourced, and where possible, local ingredients.
Our product range includes ready to eat packs of cured meats and salamis, cooking ingredients and a selection of artisan charcuterie gift boxes which are popular gifts for food loving friends and relatives.
