Radhika Howarth is a London-based TV chef, culinary storyteller, and author of Flavours Without Borders: 80 Recipes Connecting Cultures and Cuisines. Her cookbook explores how food travels across cultures through trade, migration, and memory.

She has appeared on The World Cook (Amazon Prime) and Channel 4’s Double the Money with Sue Perkins. With a Master’s in Food and Nutrition, Radhika brings depth and cultural insight to every dish she creates.
